Another Philly win

The Eagles gave us a night of celebration and tremendous cheer last night. They won the Super Bowl. They beat the guys wearing red.

Being from South Jersey, the Eagles are our team. Fireworks were going off in our small community late last night. Texts of joy.

We needed it. Bad.

Philly is generally a blue city. When the Eagles won the Super Bowl in 2018, they refused an invitation to visit the then current president (trump)

I'm not a huge football fan. I lean more towards baseball and our freaking fantastic Phillies!

But... mad props to the Eagles for turning trump down then, and I sincerely, unapologetically hope they refuse him again, if in fact they receive another invitation. Which, let's face it.. they probably won't.

The Eagles will get their parade on Friday, Valentines Day. Simple perfect. Thank you football and Eagles for bringing it.
